9월 3일 (수)에 DLA Piper 미국 본사에서 방한하는 Jay Finklestein 변호사를 모시고 Anatomy of an Agreement (하단 내용 참고)라는 주제로 세미나를 주최하고 합니다. 이번 세미나는 CLE credit 1.5시간이 인정됩니다.

Complex agreements are the core focus of transactional legal practice. This 1-1½ hour presentation analyzes the various sections of a merger and acquisition agreement. The focus is to create a framework to understand each section, the interrelationship with other sections, and the issues presented in drafting such provisions. The discussion of each section is illustrated by reference to the terms of an actual agreement.
