SIAC-YSIAC Seoul Workshop 2025 | 28 October 2025
Join us for the SIAC-YSIAC Seoul Workshop which will be held on 28 October 2025. This year’s theme, From Strategy to Simulation: Applying the New SIAC Rules and a Mock EA with a PPO Application, explores the practical and strategic applications of the SIAC Rules 2025. The first session (in Korean) will highlight the enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of the new Rules, and how strategic use of the Rules can influence outcomes in practice. The second part (in English) will bring these principles to life through a mock hearing of an Emergency Arbitration (EA) with an application for a Protective Preliminary Order (PPO), demonstrating how emergency relief can be sought and decided in urgent situations. It will be followed by a panel discussion joined by all speakers of the second panel.
Simultaneous English-Korean translation will be provided.
