in-house lawyers.
in-house lawyers.
President, In-House Counsel ForumCY Park
In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF), a non-profit corporation, serves as a platform where local and international legal professionals who work at private companies, public or private organizations in legal or related capacities come together and bring in diverse perspectives to discuss various pressing legal issues, sharing expert knowledge and experience gained at their workplaces and cultivating interpersonal connections among them.
Established in 1998 by a small group of in-house lawyers working in the IT and financial sectors, IHCF has evolved into an organization of considerable size with a membership of over 2,400 lawyers licensed to practice law in 16 countries worldwide. IHCF continues to make substantial progress each year in strengthening relationship among members and enriching the education programs we provide internally.
Through regular academic and cultural gatherings, IHCF seeks to offer up-to-date legal insights to our members and expand the breadth of fellowship and interaction among them. Thanks to the voluntary participation and sponsorships from our members, IHCF hosts a number of annual events including academic seminars, workshops, general meetings and the year-end party.
This year, IHCF will continue to support all members to engage in activities of IHCF Committees – namely, the Finance Committee, the IP·Technology Committee, the Leadership Committee, the Women's Committee, the Labor & Employment Committee, the Arbitration Committee, the Compliance Committee, the Planning Committee, the Academic Committee, the Healthcare Committee, the Environment & Energy Committee, the ESG Committee, and the Young Lawyers' Committee - that align with their interests. Additionally, we will further broaden interactions among members through club activities and regional dining meeting groups.
We will also provide a forum for sharing experiences as in-house counsel through member-to-member mentoring and career coaching programs.
We ask for your continued support, feedback and participation.
Thank you.
