Regular Member

A person who holds a license to practice law in Korea or another jurisdiction and meets any one of the following criteria

1. Individuals serving as executives or employees of private or public corporations, engaged in legal affairs or other managerial duties.

2. Individuals teaching or conducting research on law or related subjects at universities or equivalent educational institutions, at the level of lecturer or higher.

3. Individuals engaged in corporate legal affairs or research at national or private institutions or research institutes.

4. Government officials engaged in legal affairs or other related official activities.

5. Other individuals recognized by the Board of Directors as eligible for regular membership.

Associate Member

Associate members are those who have lost their regular membership because they joined a law firm or for other similar reasons.

(Associate membership is granted for a maximum period of three years, taking into account the period of activity as a regular member.)

Honorary Member

A person who has made significant contributions to IHCF may become an honorary member by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Please submit the required information when applying for membership. The administrator will review and approve your membership.
(Membership will not be granted to an individual who are currently affiliated with a law firm or who are without an affiliation.)
