Associate Corporate Counsel, AWS Sales & Marketing Legal DESCRIPTION Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for a talented commercial lawyer to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com. Key job responsibilities This Associate Corporate Counsel will be based in Seoul, Korea and primarily support AWS's Sales and Marketing teams in Korea and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on cloud IT service agreements with a broad range of customers from startups to enterprises as well as our partner IT companies, will support local and regional marketing, training and digital transformation consulting activities, and will act as a counselor for senior management and other business team members.
